Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in original, unused condition — unmarked, unwritten in, and with no damage.
Spiralbound and softbound editions must be intact with no missing pages or covers.
Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads or access codes (if applicable)
Items marked as Final Sale
Items that have been written in, highlighted, or damaged after delivery

How to Request a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions upon approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
